Teasr

Terms of use

What Teasr does

Teasr makes short motion videos from a website you give it. The videos are designed and rendered by AI. You pay per video, and per change or new length you ask for.

AI-made videos

Every video is generated by AI from what's on your website. It may get things wrong: a detail, a claim, a name, the tone. Watch it before you publish it, and don't rely on it to be accurate about your business. You're responsible for what you publish.

Your website and your rights

Only give Teasr websites you own or have permission to use. By submitting a link you confirm you have the rights to the text, images, logos and other material on it, and you allow us to read the page and use that material to make your video. Don't use Teasr to make videos that are misleading, infringe someone else's rights, or break the law.

Who owns the video

The finished video is yours to use however you like: ads, social posts, your website, presentations. The music is composed for your video, so there's nothing to license. We won't use your video publicly, for example as an example on our site, without asking you first.

Payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles sales tax and VAT.

Refunds and redos

If you're not happy with a video you paid for, use "Not happy with it?" on its page and tell us what missed. Once per purchase, you can choose either a free redo with your notes, or a request for your money back.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

A video is digital content made and delivered right after purchase. When you buy, you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the video has been made. This doesn't affect your legal rights if a video is faulty.

No warranty

Teasr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that every video will meet your expectations, that the service will always be available, or that it will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Teasr and its creator aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of the videos it makes, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the video in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Teasr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
