Data we collect
Only what we need to make your videos:
- Your email address and sign-in details, to give you an account
- The website links you submit
- Screenshots, text, fonts and images read from those websites while your video is made
- Your videos, their versions, and the change requests you write
- Records of your purchases (no card details)
How we use it
- To make your videos and the changes you ask for
- To email you when a video is ready, and about your purchases
- To run and improve the service
We keep the material behind each video so you can download it and ask for changes later.
AI processing
Your website's content and your change requests are sent to Anthropic's Claude to design and render your video. Anthropic doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models.
Third-party services
- Anthropic, for the AI that makes your videos
- Clerk, for sign-in
- Stripe, for payments, as the merchant of record
- Cloudflare, for hosting, storage and the database
- Resend, for email
- PostHog (EU), for product analytics and session recordings, which help us find what's confusing or broken. Text you type into fields is masked in recordings.
Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account, videos and everything behind them, by writing to hello@tryteasr.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the rights the GDPR gives you, including complaining to your data protection authority.
No selling of data
We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. Ever.
